Well now, since you are in need of another staff member, and so far there aren't too many people posting their opinions and such. I'd like to help out. Put me where you want me. I have alot of testiomony, have seen and experienced many things. I am not a know it all by far. In fact, I am still searching for some answers to a few things myself. I read many books on these subjects and more, and have them in my library for reference as needed. What would I need to do exactly?

Okay, Thanks, I'll put you on lower level staff for now (aka witch, I may upgrade your status later). All it means is that if you come across a thread or a post that is offensive, totally inappropriate, or a thread where people are fighting too much rather than debating, you'll have the power to delete posts or lock threads (I'll look at the thread later and see if it need deleted altogether).
