This is a sentimental but funny story. She had a big fat tabby cat named Mia. It was a male cat she had for 18 years. This cat slept with her on the pillow next to her head every night of its life. Well Mia had gotten very sick and she had to put him down two weeks ago. She burried him in the back yard, and then got rid of everything that belonged to him. She woke up with sand in her bed every morning, saying that Mia would get into the sand pile across the street on occasion, and she would end up with sand in her bed. She washed her sheets daily to get rid of the sand but it kept showing up every morning. She thought that maybe Mia was still sleeping with her. She even checked the ceiling tile to make sure the sand wasn't some sort of grit falling onto her bed. She had been haunted for all but the past two weeks. lol here is the funny part. She had missed her beloved cat so much, that she took one of the kids stuffed animals that was about the same size as Mia and placed it on her pillow where Mia slept. She shook this stuffed animal today just to check...and sand fell out. She was quite convinced up until that point, that Mia was comming to bed with her every night. Cute story I thought...just wanted to share this one.

I moved this, there was no image attached, I assume it was a misplacement. Odd story though, I hate having furry animals in my bed, fur up my nose, that's the worst.

thanks...this is where I meant to put it. Odd yes, but it raises another question. If humans can come back to visit us, can our pets? (or any animal for that reason) maybe a new debate question.
