The top row is generic mass produced worry dolls and their sleeping pouch. The idea behind worry dolls is that you tell them your worries and put them under your pillow, then they either worry for you so you can sleep, or that they fix your problems while you sleep. The second explaination explains why they are often found on the floor in the morning. The person giving them to me had found them while working at a mormon second hand store. Their manager thinking they were voodoo dolls told them to get rid of them (Guatamala, dolls likely made in India).
