Here are some definitions of terms and abbreviations common in the forum that visitors and new members may not know.
S. P. - This usually stands for sleep paralysis, the illusion of being awake while asleep, or being only half-awake and unable to move.
Spirit - This seems common and self explanatory but, any human or non-human without a body, may also reside in a body or object.
Spirit Plane – Where the spirits primarily exist…
