Okay here's an interesting one, lets all have a debate on unicorns. Unicorns are mentioned by Greek scholars and in the bible. Some scientists believe they are describing an extinct form of rhinoceros. If you read an old description of unicorns and look at a picture of a rhino you’ll see how fitting the description is, and oddly enough rhinos are fairly closely related to horses.
Okay so did (or do) unicorns exist? If so was it merely the name for rhinos?

I believe they had existed at one time, though not as people imagined them. And yet I don't think they would be the rhino, or somewhere along the line this would have come to lite. The ancient pictures would have looked more like the hulk shaped rhino instead of the sleek stallion. I'll check around and see if I can find some cave drawings or similar ansestoral art to compare. But it is also possible that they were a sort of goat. I'm a romantic, so I'd like to believe they looked like the horse. Okay, while it is intresting reading and in theroy as accurate as any encyclopedia, I need to remind everyone that wikipedia can be written and altered by anyone... I'll have to see if I can find some of the stuff I mentioned too...
